DESCRIPTION:KEEPING YOU INFORMED: On January 1\, 2024\, the Corporate Transparency Act (CTA) goes into effect. While the initial aim was to combat crime\, compliance with the new requirements creates additional disclosures for businesses in the US.\n\nWho does it impact? All legal business entities that are registered with a state in the United States. This includes foreign companies that are registered to do business in the US.\n\nWhat am I filing? Companies must disclose specifics about themselves\, their beneficial owners\, and their company applicants.\n\nWhen do I have to file my disclosures? Companies created before 2024 have until the end of 2024 to file the report. Companies created on or after January 1\, 2024\, must file within 90 days.\n\nWhat happens if I don't meet the deadline? Non-compliance may include substantial penalties.\n\nHOW WE'RE HELPING: We've partnered to bring you all the information needed at a seminar on January 23 from 5:30-6:30 pm.
